Here are some useful informations for the shows of August, 30th and 31st at Mind Milano Innovation District.
We highly recommend to arrive at the Stadium well in advance, both for the collection of tickets bought online through the option “Pick up at the venue” and the security checks.
TIMINGS FOR COLLECTION
Ticketone and Ticketmaster collection from 12:00 a.m.
Sales desk from 12:00 p.m.
Guest list desk from 4:00 p.m.
The documents required for ticket’s collection are the following ones:
• identity document;
• e-mail confirmation sent by TicketOne or ID order for purchases made through the Call Center;
• in case of collection by a third party: written proxy from the order holder, photocopy of the identity document of the order holder, identity document of the delegate person and e-mail confirmation sent by TicketOne or ID order for purchases made through the Call Center.
We kindly ask you not to wait for the beginning of the concert to collect the tickets but to anticipate your arrival as soon as possible.

MILANO ROCKS ATM Services
MILANOROCK: M1 ENHANCED AND PARKING UNTIL LATE NIGHT
On Friday 30 and Saturday 31 August, on the occasion of the MILANOROCKS in Mind-Area Expo, ATM scheduled for more runs on the M1 and parking lots open until late at night.
We remind you that to reach Rho with the Red line you need a € 2 Mi1-Mi3 ticket. Or you can pay without contact directly at the turnstiles.
In the evenings of the event, additional trains will travel on the Red line to facilitate the return of the public to the center of Milan. Last departure from the terminus Rho Fieramilano at 00:10.
Car parks open until late at night
The parking lots of Molino Dorino and Lampugnano will be open until 2 am.
To start your journey late at night, you can use the night network bus.
Metro tickets: best with contactless cards
Easy access to the metro directly at the turnstile with a contactless card. Just put the card close to the turnstile of the departure station to enter and put it close to the turnstile of the arrival station to exit. No need to register for the service, even the first time. The system will automatically calculate the correct fare for your trip.

HOW TO GET BY CAR
We recommend using Google Maps as navigator, both for the arrival and the exit from the show.
• From the A7-Genova, A1-Bologna, A4-Torino highways: A50 Tangenziale Ovest towards Varese, take the exit FIERAMILANO.
• From the A4-Venezia highway: take the exit PERO-FIERAMILANO.
• From the A8-Varese, A9-Como highways: from Milano Nord barrier A4-Venice direction and take the exit FIERAMILANO.
If you accompany someone to the festival, we recommend using the address Via Achille Grandi, Rho (always via Google Maps).
• Highway A8 towards Varese-Como, take the exit FIERAMILANO.
• Highway A4 towards Torino, take the exit PERO-FIERAMILANO.
FIERA MILANO RHO CARS AND MOTORBYKES PARKS ARE ACTIVE
The entrance to the concert area (TRIULZA ACCESS) is located near RHO FIERA M1 stop (RED LINE) – ATM TICKET VALID FOR RHO FIERA IS NECESSARY. To facilitate the outflow we advise everyone to buy the round-trip ticket upon departure.
Itinerary: Leaving the M1 Rho Fiera Milano turnstiles, continue on the right in the “Railway station” direction > Continue towards “Exit – Via Risorgimento”> After track 6 keep right > Exit Triulza Ovest
No architectural barrier is present on the route from TRIULZA OVEST – subway and train arrival – to the concert area. There are parking spaces for disabled people in the parking areas of Fiera Milano RHO.

Food & beverage businesses within the area will only accept Tokens. Tokens can be purchased at the cash desks inside the venue. There is no minimum purchase amount of Tokens. Firenze Rocks 2019 Tokens are also valid within Milano Rocks 2019.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Inside the concert area there will be stands where you can find food, water, drinks and beverages for all tastes!
Bars and Token boxes within the concert area will close at 11:30 p.m.
1.WE KINDLY INFORM THE PUBLIC THAT:
1.1 Access to the plant entails the complete compliance with this regulation;
1.2 Entry is allowed only to the holders of a valid entry pass;
1.3 The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and at the exit of the structure; it must be shown at any time at the simple request of the control staff. The ticket loses its validity once you exit the gates of the structure;
1.4 It is allowed to enter with soft drinks in plastic bottles no larger than 0.5 lt. provided they have no cork. At the internal bars the drinks will be served in disposable glasses and bottles sold without caps;
1.5 Inside and outside the plant, for the purposes of safety and protection of the structure, a video surveillance system is active. All images recorded, if necessary, will be provided to the Judicial Authority and the Judicial Police. The video-surveillance systems present are in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, s.m.i.;
1.6 To protect the common safety, controls are provided at the entrance of the plant carried out by the staff in service and by the Police Forces, also with the use of metal detectors;
2. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR:
2.1 Stand and sit on the staircases, on the access and exodus routes and on any other passage intended for emergency exits;
2.2 Damage or tamper with facilities, infrastructures and services of the Plant in any way;
2.3 Climbing on balustrades, parapets, partitions and other structures not intended for the presence and parking of the public;
2.4 Carry out any kind of commercial activity that has not been previously authorized, in writing, by the Plant Management;
2.5 Behaviors capable of creating dangerous situations, of jeopardizing the safety of any person or contrary to public order, such as disturbing in any way the orderly conduct of an Event or to prevent its peaceful enjoyment;
2.6 Access and stay in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs;
2.7 Display material that obstructs visibility to other spectators or that interferes with emergency signs or that, in any case, is an obstacle to escape routes to exits;
2.8 Put in place aggressive acts against the control staff;
3. PROHIBITED OBJECTS
3.1 Firearms, fake weapons or weapons-like objects, knives and other objects with sharp or pointed edges. Ammunition, fake ammunition or any object resembling ammunition;
3.2 Explosive or flammable material, chemical substances or incendiary devices;
3.3 Fireworks, rockets and firecrackers;
3.4 Glass bottles, cans or metal bottles;
3.5 Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles with a capacity exceeding 0.5 lt. (non-alcoholic beverages are limited to plastic bottles of no more than 0.5 liters without a cap);
3.6 Alcoholic beverages not purchased within the structure;
3.7 Animals of any kind and size (except for trained guide and assistance dogs);
3.8 Illicit substances, including drugs and needles (except if necessary for valid medical reasons);
3.9 Poles, sticks, umbrellas, large photographic equipment (eg tripods), selfie sticks and clubs;
3.10 Drones or remote-controlled aerial devices;
3.11 Motorcycles, bicycles, skates, skateboards and overboards;
3.12 Electronic transmission equipment, power banks or laser pointers;
3.13 Suitcases, trolleys, bags and backpacks larger than 15lt. or objects too large for safety checks;
3.14 Stadium trumpets, stinging spray cans and spray cans (such as mosquito repellents, deodorants, sunscreens, etc.)
3.15 Tents and sleeping bags;
3.16 Musical instruments;
3.17 Equipment for audio/video recording, professional and semi-professional machines, Go-Pro, Ipad and tablet;
3.18 Helmets, chains and all other objects intended to offend;
Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the immediate termination of the performance contract which was finalized with the purchase and possession of the access ticket, and the application of any penalties provided for by the current legislation. The law enforcement agencies present may supplement this regulation.
