Before you provide us with your personal data, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), it is necessary that you read the following information that can help you understand the reasons for which your personal data will be processed, explaining what your rights are and how you can exercise them.
Afterwards, if everything is clear to you, you can freely decide whether to give your consent to the processing of your personal data, knowing as of now that this consent may be revoked by you at any time.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the websites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
These data are necessary for the use of web services and are processed for the purpose of:
- obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by the time of day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- checking the correct functioning of the services offered.
The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).
Cookies and other tracking systems
Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods employed.
Instead, the use of session cookies (non-persistent) is strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the Websites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the user.
Personal data
The data provided freely and voluntarily by users (by filling in the forms on the Websites) are acquired and processed in compliance with the rules established by the Regulations for the following purposes:
- responding to your requests for information;
- providing the newsletter service, to discover the news about the events planned within the Mind website;
Failure to provide certain personal data in the communications requesting information and registering for the newsletter service may only result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested. The data collected will not be disseminated.
Specific information is published on the pages of the Websites relating to the services described.
HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT
The data controller of your data is Arexpo S.p.A., legally represented in the person of its CEO, with registered office in Via Cristina Belgioioso n. 171, 20157 Milan.
The Data Controller guarantees that data processing will be carried out with organizational and processing logics related to the purposes referred to in this information.
The treatment uses high security standards compliant with current legislation on the protection of personal data.
The data will be processed exclusively by Arexpo S.p.A. staff and collaborators or companies expressly appointed as data processors (e.g. for technological maintenance needs of the Website).
Arexpo S.p.A. has appointed the Personal Data Protection Officer whose contact address is rpd@arexpo.it.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The interested parties have the right to obtain from Arexpo, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. Of the Regulation ). Your requests must be sent to the Arexpo S.p.A. mailing address Via Cristina Belgioioso n. 171, 20157 Milan or by email to privacy@arexpo.it also for the exercise of your rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this service is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
