Information on the processing of personal data
Following the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (Article 13), of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and of Legislative Decree 101/2018, whose objective is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, in particular the right to the protection of personal data, it is necessary that you read the following information.
Methods of data processing
The processing is carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means. The owner adopts adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security suitable and adequate for the type of data processed.
Holder of the treatment
The data controller, in its capacity as owner of the MIND website, is Arexpo S.p.A., with registered office in via Cristina Belgioioso 171, 20157 Milan in the person of its legal representative.

Provision of data
The provision of your personal data is a necessary condition for the access and presence on the MIND website.
Communication and dissemination of data
Your data will be disclosed to third parties (e.g. suppliers) or other collaborators identified as data processors appointed by the owner. The complete list of third party data processors is available at the owner's office.
The recipients of your personal data have been adequately trained to be able to process your personal data and ensure the same level of security offered by the owner.
Retention period
Your personal data will be stored and managed for 5 years or the further time decided by the owner from the conferment of the same.
Rights of the interested party
You can exercise the rights referred to in Articles. 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016 where applicable with particular reference to Article 13 paragraph 2) letter B) which provides for the right to access personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing, opposition and data portability. Your requests for the exercise of rights must be addressed to the e-mail address or by registered mail to the mailbox RPD@arexpo.it
Use of visitor images
You hereby consent to the use by Arexpo S.p.A. of your image that is collected within or adjacent to the MIND website through video and / or photos (including group) or by any other means of recording. The use of such images by Arexpo S.p.A. can be done through the use of any means of communication / dissemination (including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, brochures, internet, TV, etc.) for any communication, information, advertising and / or commercial need and more generally for image enhancement, of the Arexpo SpA brand and services or the MIND website.
You expressly acknowledge that no compensation will be due to them for the use of their image by Arexpo S.p.A. and therefore, as of now, renounce any and all exceptions or claims relating to the use of the aforementioned images by the same Company.
With particular reference to any video footage and / or photos taken in the individual events in which they participate within the MIND website, you hereby consent to their use by Arexpo S.p.A. of your image also in combination with the image of other visitors to the MIND website for any communication, information, air and / or commercial advertising and, more generally, for the enhancement of the image, brand and services of the Company or del Parco, expressly exempting Arexpo SpA from any responsibility regarding the use that said other Visitors should make of their image.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint and contact the competent supervisory authority.
