Although my roles might seem removed from each other, they actually share some similarities: cross-contamination, as in the exchange of knowledge that enables growth and innovation, and collaboration. For Rold Academy, it’s about building learning experiences to strengthen soft and technical skills and acquiring those capabilities needed to tackle today’s big challenges. As for grants, we write innovation projects in the various fields where Rold operates.

The ambition of our Academy is to strengthen an approach towards high-quality, continuous training: at any age, in any role. The goal is also to give back to the community and the territory through initiatives that benefit students, companies and citizens. As far as innovation projects are concerned, the ambition is to be able to expand partnerships and continue to develop innovative ideas with universities, other SMEs and large companies.

Innovation is the ultimate goal and starting point of my job. Without constant training, you can’t stimulate creativity and accelerate innovation. Without innovative ideas, you can’t be competitive both in the market and in presenting project proposals. To us, innovation means finding new ways to answer the needs of the end-users, whether they are consumers, clients, or people who use Rold Academy’s training services.

Joining an ecosystem where different players can come into contact, share spaces, initiatives and ideas. I believe this is the added value of being part of MIND.

I envision MIND as a living lab, a place where social innovation permeates every aspect. I see a district that anyone can access to breathe in the crisp air of sharing and creativity.
