Pilar Sinusia

Communications and PR Director

Fondazione Triulza

What do you do?

I am in charge of communications and the press office at Fondazione Triulza. I work on creating new projects, events and initiatives together with our partners and follow their implementation, in line with the values of our Fondazione and the MIND project, as a laboratory of urban, social and environmental innovation.

What are the goals of your commitment?

A large part of my work involves implementing engagement strategies for a real and active involvement of citizens, young people and partners in our initiatives and programmes.

What role does innovation play in your job?

Innovation and the merging of knowledge, cultures and ideas have always been a constant drive in my personal and professional journey.
I’ve had the opportunity to develop my skills in journalism and communication in two countries and projects with partners from different sectors and with strategic objectives always focused on innovation, co-design, and social impact.

A beautiful, stimulating, multicultural and intergenerational place that is open from an urban point of view but, above all, open to dialogue

What added value have you received or would you like to receive from your presence in MIND?

Working with people and organisations from different fields but with the shared goal and desire to contribute to making MIND a model of a sustainable city, accessible to all (especially the younger generations) – that’s as greatly challenging as it is satisfactory. I hope for this path of collaboration to become increasingly fluid and rich in connections and opportunities for co-design.

How do you imagine the future of MIND?

I envision MIND as a place that is beautiful, stimulating, multicultural, intergenerational and open not only in terms of urban planning but, above all, in terms of dialogue and knowledge. I would like it to become a space with a community of people around it who care and contribute every day to making the district alive and accessible.
