What do you do?

I am in charge of Bio4Dreams’ scientific operations in Italy and abroad. The research and development activities of Bio4Dreams are also closely linked to these, covering the pipeline of startups evaluated, incubated, and funded.

What are the goals of your commitment?

To strengthen the national and international ecosystem of Bio4Dreams, identifying innovative startups in the Life Sciences able to respond to the many market challenges. Bio4Dreams invests in young scientists and entrepreneurs, creatives and passionate individuals motivated to engage in the complex world of enterprise, intending to create a fertile and synergistic ecosystem – one that is capable of reducing the risks inherent in startups and forming cohesive and multidisciplinary work teams.

What role does innovation play in your job?

The Life Sciences industry represents one of the areas with the most potential and importance for developing our society and country. Supporting innovative solutions in this sector is a fundamental challenge of our time. Thanks to an ecosystem characterised by firm contamination between different competencies, Bio4Dreams supports young researchers and entrepreneurs in structuring their enterprises with managerial, strategic, financial, scientific and management support.
